• Personalized exercise program including certified personal trainer.
• Personalized high nutrition-low calorie prescription to the individuals’ specific needs and preferences.
• Weekly life-style modification sessions with a health coach and registered dietitian.
• Once a month science-based presentation followed by a group session.
